Fee Protection Scheme

Fee Protection Scheme

The Fee Protection Scheme (FPS) provides protection for course fees paid by students pursuing a course of education in Singapore. It protects the fees paid by the student in the event that a Private Education Institute (PEI) is unable to continue operations due to insolvency and/or regulatory closure. Furthermore, the FPS protects the student if the PEI fails to pay penalties or to return fees to students arising from judgments made against it by the Singapore Courts.

For more information on the FPS, please refer to the Committee for Private Education (CPE) website.
