Job Descriptions	Job Requirements	Job Competencies
To adhere to and ensure coherent practice of the policies and procedures set in the quality manual for internal quality compliance and EduTrust requirements. Plan and execute lesson plans. Conduct the necessary revision for internal assessment and external examination. Implement examinations in accordance with the course outlines.	At least 3 years’ work experience in the Spa Industry. Candidates with Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment preferred.	Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin. Intermediate Facilitation Skills: Passionate in teaching and nurturing spa industry professionals. A demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards. Adaptable: High comfort level working in a diverse environment
